The shares' highest price was 740.00 GBp, the lowest was 728.00 GBp, and the average was 739.1880 GBp. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.
Following this purchase, Fuller’s issued share capital includes 40,682,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares. With 4,581,750 shares in Treasury, the total number of listed voting rights is 36,100,589, aligning with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
