Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. has executed a share buyback on the London Stock Exchange. On September 25, 2024, the company purchased 2,446 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at a consistent price of 760 pence per share.
These repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital comprises 39,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,829,276 held in treasury. This leaves the total number of listed voting rights at 35,853,063, relevant for disclosure under FCA regulations.
