Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (“Fuller’s”) announced the purchase of 11,054 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited, as part of its share buyback programme initiated on 23 August 2024.

The shares were acquired on 19 September 2024, with the highest price paid per share being 770.00 GBp and the lowest at 766.00 GBp. The volume-weighted average price was 767.8093 GBp. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.

Following this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital is 39,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, including 3,796,030 shares held in Treasury. This leaves a total of 35,886,309 voting rights in the company.

The adjusted number of voting rights will help shareholders determine their reporting obligations under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
