Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has conducted a buyback of its 'A' ordinary shares. The company repurchased 20,000 shares at a price of 701.00 pence each on 5 July 2024 through Numis Securities Limited. This action is part of the share buyback programme announced on 22 March 2024.

The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital totals 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,360,384 held in Treasury. This results in 36,321,955 voting rights in the company. Shareholders can use this figure to determine notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
