Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (“Fuller’s”) has announced the purchase of its own 'A' ordinary shares as part of its share buyback programme. The transaction occurred on 30 August 2024, facilitated by Numis Securities Limited.
The company acquired a total of 20,000 'A' ordinary shares at an average price of 764.00 GBp per share. The shares will be held in treasury.
Following this transaction, Fuller’s listed issued share capital comprises 40,082,339 'A' ordinary shares. Of these, 4,043,545 shares are held in treasury, resulting in a total of 36,038,794 listed voting rights.
