Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (“Fuller’s”) has announced the acquisition of 10,187 'A' ordinary shares at a price of 704.00 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange. This purchase is part of the share buyback programme initiated on 22 March 2024.

The acquired shares will be held in Treasury. After this purchase, Fuller’s listed issued share capital consists of 41,182,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,583,917 of these held in Treasury. The total number of listed voting rights in the company now stands at 36,598,422.

This transaction is made in compliance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) no 596/2014, as incorporated into UK law. Shareholders can use this updated number of voting rights for disclosure and transparency rule calculations.
