Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s") has completed a purchase of 5,000 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each. This transaction was part of the share buyback programme announced on 22 March 2024.
The shares were bought at a price of 702.00 GBp per share. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.
Following this transaction, Fuller’s listed issued share capital comprises 41,182,339 'A' ordinary shares. Of these, 4,540,110 shares are held in Treasury, leaving 36,642,229 listed voting rights.
Shareholders may use this number for calculating notifications of interest under FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
