Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

On October 24, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase and cancellation of 94,227 ordinary shares through a buyback program on the London Stock Exchange. This buyback is part of the program announced on October 16, 2024. Following the transaction, the total issued share capital of Funding Circle will consist of 333,312,672 ordinary shares, all with voting rights.
