Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction

On September 25, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase for cancellation of 256,242 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired from Numis Securities Limited at prices ranging from 124.50p to 127.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 125.6604p per share.
