Funding Circle Holdings plc, a prominent online lending platform, has completed a buyback of its own shares on 3 October 2024. The company repurchased 249,707 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 130.50p to 134.00p per share. The volume-weighted average price for the transaction stood at 132.4040p per share. This buyback was executed through Numis Securities Limited, also known as Deutsche Numis, on the London Stock Exchange.

The acquisition of these shares is part of a buyback program announced earlier in March 2024. Following this transaction, Funding Circle's total issued share capital now comprises 334,901,041 ordinary shares, all with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury, allowing these figures to serve as a reference for shareholders and regulatory notifications.
