Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction
Funding Circle Holdings plc has confirmed the purchase and cancellation of 150,000 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. This buyback is part of the initiative announced on 7 March 2024.
On 1 October 2024, Funding Circle acquired shares at a highest price of 141.00p and a lowest price of 137.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 139.3313p per share. All repurchased shares will be canceled.
Following this transaction, the total number of voting shares will be 335,351,220. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
Shareholders can use this figure for calculations regarding the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
