Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction

Funding Circle Holdings plc has confirmed the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 83,771 of its ordinary shares. These shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange from Numis Securities Limited, as part of a share buyback initiative first disclosed on March 7, 2024.

The transactions occurred on May 13, 2024, with prices ranging from 80.60p to 82.00p per share, culminating in a volume-weighted average price of 81.7994p. Following the cancellation, Funding Circle’s issued share capital will consist of 354,765,240 ordinary shares, with none held in treasury.
