Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback Transactions

On 23 May 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc confirmed the purchase and cancellation of 250,000 ordinary shares. These transactions were carried out on the London Stock Exchange by Numis Securities Limited. The highest price paid per share was 80.00p, while the lowest was 77.00p. The volume-weighted average price paid per share stood at 78.7376p.

The total number of shares in circulation, following the cancellation, will be 353,256,777, all possessing voting rights. The company confirmed that it holds no shares in treasury.

This buyback forms part of the strategic initiative announced on 7 March 2024. Shareholders will use the updated figure of 353,256,777 shares as the basis for any necessary disclosure under FCA’s guidelines.
