Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buy-Back

Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the buy-back of 300,000 ordinary shares on January 22, 2025, from Investec Bank plc. The purchase forms part of a previously announced share buy-back strategy on October 16, 2024. The shares, bought on the London Stock Exchange, were acquired at a highest price of 134.50p and a lowest price of 128.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 131.9504p.

All acquired shares will be cancelled, resulting in a revised total issued share capital of 325,303,272 ordinary shares, all with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury. Shareholders may use this new total for calculating notification obligations under relevant FCA regulations.
