Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase and cancellation of 150,000 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The buyback, executed by Numis Securities Limited, forms part of the program announced on 7 March 2024.
The highest price paid for these shares was 128.00p, with the lowest at 126.00p. The volume-weighted average price stood at 127.7263p. All purchased shares will be canceled, reducing the Company's issued share capital to 336,648,152 ordinary shares with voting rights.
