Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

On November 12, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc completed a share repurchase transaction involving the acquisition of 119,137 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. The buyback initiative, initially announced on October 16, 2024, is part of the company’s strategy to manage its share capital.

The shares were repurchased at a highest price of 132.50 pence and a lowest price of 127.50 pence, with a volume-weighted average price of 130.4615 pence per share. Following the cancellation of these shares, Funding Circle’s total issued share capital will consist of 331,792,014 ordinary shares, all including voting rights, with none held in Treasury.
