Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares

Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the purchase and cancellation of 200,000 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest price paid per share was 102.50p, with the lowest at 98.00p. The volume-weighted average price was 100.5467p per share.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of Funding Circle consists of 346,233,909 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.

This figure can be used by shareholders and others to calculate if they need to notify the company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The shares were purchased through Deutsche Numis as part of the Share Buyback Programme initiated on 7 March 2024.
