Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares

Funding Circle Holdings plc ("the Company") has announced the purchase and cancellation of 150,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of its share buy-back program initiated on 7 March 2024. The shares were bought at prices ranging between 128.50p and 130.00p, with an average price of 129.7607p.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company will be 336,308,690. The Company has stated that no ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Shareholders can use the updated figure for regulatory notification purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

This transaction is in accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, and details of individual trades conducted as part of this share buy-back program have been provided by Deutsche Numis.
