Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares
Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase and cancellation of 250,000 of its ordinary shares on 11 September 2024.
The shares were bought at prices ranging from 116.00p to 122.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 119.8393p per share. This transaction is part of the Company’s share buy-back program announced on 7 March 2024.
Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 337,430,234 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
Shareholders and other interested parties can use the updated share capital figure for calculating their holdings and notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
