Funding Circle Plc: Share Buy-Back and Cancellation
On 13 September 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the repurchase for cancellation of 105,780 ordinary shares from Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange. This buy-back is part of an ongoing programme initiated on 7 March 2024.
The highest purchase price per share was 123.00p, while the lowest was 118.50p. The volume-weighted average price was 121.5181p. Following the cancellation of these shares, the company's issued share capital will consist of 337,074,454 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury, allowing shareholders to use the new figure for regulatory notifications.
This buy-back complies with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, as retained in UK law. The transactions were executed on the London Stock Exchange under various time-stamped references.
