Funding Circle Plc: Share Buyback Announcement

Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the repurchase of its ordinary shares. The company bought 282,000 shares at prices ranging from 89.80p to 92.20p on 4 June 2024. The weighted average price was 91.1698p per share.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the company’s total issued share capital to 352,137,129 shares. This updated figure will serve as the new denominator for shareholders required to notify changes in their holdings under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

This action is part of the buy-back programme announced on 7 March 2024. No shares are held in Treasury following the cancellation.
