Funding Circle Plc: Share Buyback Completion

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed a significant transaction involving its own shares. The company announced it purchased and cancelled 76,228 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 122.00p to 123.50p on the London Stock Exchange. The average price paid was 123.1595p per share.

Following this buyback, Funding Circle's issued share capital consists of 335,501,220 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.
