On 16 September 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase of 54,642 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were bought from Numis Securities Limited as part of a buy-back program initiated on 7 March 2024.
The highest price paid per share was 124.00p and the lowest was 123.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 123.5666p. All acquired shares are set for cancellation.
Post-cancellation, the company’s issued share capital stands at 337,019,812 ordinary shares, all possessing voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
This transaction was conducted in alignment with Market Abuse Regulation as retained in EU law following the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
