Fury Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 27, 2024 / Fury Gold Mines Limited (TSX:FURY)(NYSE American:FURY) has released the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 26, 2024. All director nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated May 14, 2024, were elected. The directors will serve until the next annual general meeting or the appointment of their successors.

A total of 43,707,728 common shares, representing 29.92% of the outstanding shares, were present or represented by proxy at the meeting. The voting results for the director nominees showed strong support:

Forrester A. Clark received 99.45% votes in favor, Steve Cook received 98.14%, Michael Hoffman 99.45%, Alison Sagateh (Saga) Williams 99.31%, Brian Christie 99.45%, and Isabelle Cadieux 99.30%.

Additionally, Deloitte LLP was appointed as the Company's auditor with 99.51% votes in favor.
