Future Fuels Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,222,222 flow-through common shares, priced at $0.45 per share, aiming to raise $1,000,000. The funds will be allocated to Canadian exploration expenses related to critical mineral mining on its assets within Canada.

The proceeds are excluded from use on the Mountain Lake property in Nunavut until Future Fuels finalizes its acquisition of the site. This placement operates independently of other concurrent sessions and expects completion by December 23, 2024, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. There may be a finder's fee associated with the transaction.
