Galenica Successfully Issues CHF 100 Million Bond
Galenica AG announced the successful placement of a fixed rate bond exceeding CHF 100 million. The bond, with a seven-year maturity and an annual coupon rate of 1.65%, is aimed at enhancing the company's long-term financial stability by reducing short-term financial liabilities. The funds raised will serve general corporate purposes.
UBS and Zürcher Kantonalbank served as joint lead managers for the bond issuance. Moreover, Galenica intends to list the bond for trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange to facilitate broader market participation.
