Galway Metals Reports Significant Boost in Gold Recovery at Estrades Project

Galway Metals Inc. has announced a substantial improvement in gold recovery at its Estrades property in Quebec, Canada, according to an updated Mineral Resource Estimate by SLR Consulting Ltd. The 100% owned Estrades project, renowned for its high-grade gold and zinc, has seen a 31% increase in gold recoveries, now at 86.6%, potentially elevating the project's economic prospects.

President and CEO Rob Hinchcliffe stated that this advancement is crucial for enhancing the project's market value. An internal scoping study suggested that improving gold recovery was key, which has now been achieved, along with improvements in copper, silver, and lead recoveries.

The updated resource estimate reveals a 17% increase in Indicated Resource tonnage and a 22% rise in Inferred Resource. The strong precious metal prices mean gold accounts for a significant portion of the net smelter return value.
