Gateway Real Estate AG Releases 2024 Financial Forecast
Berlin, September 17, 2024. Gateway Real Estate AG has released its financial forecast for the year 2024. The Management Board and Supervisory Board have projected an adjusted EBIT of €20-30 million. Additionally, the company anticipates earnings before taxes (EBT) to be in the range of €2.5-7.5 million.
According to the announcement, these forecasts are based on the company's current performance and positive developments from recent negotiations. The adjusted EBIT includes the operating result plus earnings from financial assets accounted for using the equity method.
