GAUSSIN postpones the approval of its 2023 accounts until October 31, 2024

GAUSSIN (ALGAU - FR0013495298), world leader in innovative transport and logistics solutions, has been granted a deadline to finalize and publish its 2023 accounts.

By an order dated June 25, 2024, the president of the Vesoul Commercial Court granted GAUSSIN until October 31, 2024 to hold its General Meeting.

GAUSSIN had informed the AMF of its inability to publish the Group's financial statements as of April 30, 2024, due to safeguard procedures involving its subsidiary METALLIANCE and itself. A governance crisis delayed the finalization of the accounts.

Since June 18, 2024, the new governance has been trying to catch up. The publication of the accounts is planned in the coming weeks. In the meantime, Euronext has temporarily transferred GAUSSIN shares to the “Penalty Bench” compartment.
