GAUSSIN SA requests the appointment of a provisional administrator due to internal conflicts

GAUSSIN SA, world leader in innovative transport and logistics solutions, is taking measures in response to governance difficulties. Charles Henri CARBONI, judicial administrator, requested the President of the Vesoul Commercial Court to appoint a provisional administrator.

The employees and the bodies of the safeguard procedure were informed of a meeting held on May 6, 2024. Two members of the Board of Directors declared that they had dismissed Christophe GAUSSIN from his functions and appointed Stoyan FILIPOV as General Director. These maneuvers are contested and legal action has been launched to overturn these decisions.

At the same time, a challenge to the convening of the General Assembly, scheduled for June 18, was received. This meeting aims to appoint four new directors. Me Charles-Henri CARBONI therefore requested the appointment of a provisional administrator to stabilize the company.
