GBP1 Threshold Crossings in High Co
On 27 September 2024, GBP1 corrected its previous declaration regarding its interests in High Co. By a first corrected declaration, GBP1 owned, as of 4 July 2022, 1,115,000 shares, representing 5.45% of the capital and 9.67% of the voting rights of High Co.
By a second declaration dated September 26, 2024, it is reported that GBP1 has, as of September 25, 2024, sold shares, reducing its stake to 1,009,352 shares, or 4.93% of the capital and 9.03% of the voting rights.
These crossings, upwards then downwards, result respectively from purchases and sales of High Co shares on the financial market.
