Gecina Updates its Data on the Number of Voting Rights and Shares

Paris, October 1, 2024 - Gecina, a public limited company with capital of 575,031,457.50 euros, has published an update relating to the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

For the month of September 2024, the total number of shares stands at 76,670,861, unchanged from the previous month. The number of theoretical voting rights is 76,670,861, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 73,914,485, slightly down from the 73,914,585 recorded in August 2024.
