Genel Energy Announces Bond Buy-Back Offer
Genel Energy Holding Company Limited has unveiled a reverse tender offer for the USD 300 million senior unsecured callable bonds of Genel Energy 4 Finance plc. Bondholders are invited to offer their bonds, providing the company with discretion to select a maximum accepted price and purchase bonds accordingly.
The buy-back aims to acquire around USD 25 million or more in nominal value of bonds for cash management. The offer begins at 0900 CET on 6 August 2024 and expires at 1500 CET on 20 August 2024. The final accepted price and total bonds to be purchased will be determined by 21 August 2024, with cash settlement expected by 23 August 2024.
