Geneva, Switzerland, May 29, 2024 - GeNeuro, a biopharmaceutical company (Euronext Paris: GNRO), announces the holding of its general meeting of shareholders on June 12, 2024. The event will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the company's head office, located 3 chemin du Pré-Fleuri, in Geneva.
The convocation, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on May 23, 2024. The preparatory documents are available on the GeNeuro website and can also be consulted at the head office.
