Getlink Announces Total Number of Shares and Voting Rights
On 10 July 2024, Getlink SE released updated information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights that compose the company's share capital. This notice complies with article L. 233-8 II of the French commercial code.
As of 30 June 2024, Getlink SE has 550,000,000 ordinary shares in issue. The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes all shares even those with suspended voting rights, is 709,696,610. The total number of exercisable voting rights, excluding shares with suspended rights, stands at 701,009,173.
Each ordinary share has a nominal value of €0.40. According to Article 11 of the Company's by-laws, shareholders holding fully paid-up ordinary shares in registered form for two years are entitled to a double voting right.
