Gladstone Commercial Corporation Announces Monthly Cash Distributions and Earnings Release Dates

Gladstone Commercial Corporation (NASDAQ: GOOD) announced cash distributions for July, August, and September 2024. Common stockholders will receive $0.10 per share each month, while holders of Senior Common stock will get $0.0875 per share. Series E Preferred Stockholders will receive $0.138021 per share, Series F Preferred Stockholders $0.125, and Series G Preferred Stockholders also $0.125 per share monthly.

In addition to these distributions, Gladstone revealed that it will report earnings for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, after the market closes on August 6, 2024.
