Global Ports Holding Issues New Shares Under LTIP
On 11 July 2024, Global Yatırım Holding A.Ş announced a cash offer of USD 4.02 per ordinary share for Global Ports Holding PLC (GPH). Consequently, GPH's board resolved that all unvested share-based incentive awards for employees below the board level should vest immediately. This led to the issue of 636,500 new ordinary shares as per the LTIP's terms.
The newly issued shares are priced at £0.01 each. Key personnel including Ece Gürsoy, Jan Fomferra, Stephen Xuereb, and others are set to acquire specified share volumes. Admission of these shares to the London Stock Exchange is expected around 24 July 2024.
Post-admission, GPH will have a total of 77,069,626 ordinary shares in issue, including the new LTIP shares. This represents approximately 0.91% of the company's outstanding share capital.
