Gloss Noteco 1, LLC Announces Maturity Extension for Funding Notes
Gloss Noteco 1, LLC has agreed to extend the maturity date of its variable funding notes (ISIN US37961VAA89) from 30 December 2024 to 3 February 2027. This extension aligns with the extended term of the Irish commercial real estate financing in which the issuer holds a 50% participation as a lender.
The maturity extension was disclosed as inside information according to Article 17 MAR of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, and was announced via EQS News, a service of EQS Group AG. Gloss Noteco 1, LLC is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.
