Golden Lake Exploration Announces $750,000 Financing
Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 5, 2024 / Golden Lake Exploration Inc. (CSE:GLM)(OTCQB:GOLXF) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 15 million units at $0.05 per unit, totaling $750,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the purchase of one share at $0.07 within 36 months of the closing date.
Funds from this financing will advance the company's Jewel Ridge gold property in Nevada and address general working capital needs. Shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period as required by Canadian securities laws.
