Golden Lake Exploration Engages Walk the Street Capital for Media Services
Golden Lake Exploration Inc. (CSE:GLM)(OTCQB:GOLXF) has announced a consulting services agreement with Walk the Street Capital Inc. (WTS Capital) dated July 29, 2024. WTS Capital will provide media content strategy, creation, and dissemination services.
CEO Mike England stated, "WTS has come highly recommended, and we look forward to working together to help expand our audience at this exciting stage of events transpiring at, and around, our Jewel Ridge project in Nevada."
The agreement has an initial term of five months, with a renewal option by mutual agreement. WTS Capital will receive $10,000 monthly and 500,000 options exercisable at $0.05 for one year. WTS Capital is independent of Golden Lake and its principals currently do not own any securities but may acquire shares for investment during the agreement.
Golden Lake has also set 500,000 options to a consultant in accordance with its stock option plan.
