GRAMMER AG Sells TMD Group in North America

GRAMMER AG has announced the sale of its North American division, TMD Group, to APC Parent LLC. The TMD Group, based in Toledo, Ohio, primarily manufactures thermoplastic components for the automotive industry. Last year, the division generated revenues of USD 213 million.

The sale excludes specific Group entities, such as the former plant in Delphos, Ohio, which has been repurposed for GRAMMER’s North American Commercial Vehicles business. The transaction is expected to result in a negative deconsolidation effect ranging from EUR -10 million to EUR -16 million.

This decision aligns with GRAMMER AG’s strategic focus. The company, headquartered in Ursensollen, Germany, will continue to concentrate on its core activities. As of now, the sale marks a significant shift in GRAMMER's operations in North America.
