Green Logic Europe GmbH Acquires Majority Stake in Green Logic Schweiz AG

Green Logic Europe GmbH, a Swiss investor specialized in sustainable tree investments, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Green Logic Schweiz AG. This strategic move strengthens Green Logic Europe's position in the sustainable investment sector.

Green Logic Switzerland AG operates in tree investments with a focus on Paulownia trees, which are renowned for their rapid growth and carbon binding ability. The company has planted about 35,000 of these trees in Croatia over 80 hectares. The acquisition enables further collaboration with BIOTECH, a Croatian research center, enhancing scientific expertise and EU certification compliance.

Jörg Wagner, Transaction Manager of Green Logic Europe, expressed enthusiasm over the acquisition. Mario Saponaro, CEO of Green Logic Schweiz AG, highlighted the growth potential and strategic alignment with Green Logic Europe.
