GreenBank Capital Provides Quarterly Update

A notable acquisition by Ubique Minerals in Namibia has been financed through unsecured convertible debentures worth CAD 1.5 million. This acquisition aims to boost geochemical surveys in a mineral-rich region.

The launch of the Kiind CSR service marks GreenBank's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, with services starting under a 12-month extendable contract. Meanwhile, Klura Labs has rebranded to better align with its strategic objectives.

Regarding Beelivery, additional funding of £1 million was secured, although the company faces recent headwinds. Strategic options are being explored for the Suni Iron project, including potential sales or partnerships.
