Griffin Mining Limited Announces Transaction in Own Shares
Griffin Mining Ltd ("the Company") has announced that on 11th July 2024, Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited purchased 57,230 of the Company's ordinary shares. Each share was acquired at a price of 152 pence. The shares will be held in treasury temporarily.
This share buyback is part of the programme managed by Panmure Gordon, which was announced on 26th February 2024. Following this transaction, Griffin Mining Ltd now has 184,530,477 ordinary shares in issue, including 655,571 held in treasury. Shareholders should use 183,874,906 as the denominator for necessary calculations regarding shareholding notifications.
