Groupe Crit finalizes the acquisition of a majority stake in Openjobmetis
The Crit Group, known for its activities in temporary employment and airport assistance, announced the completion of procedures for the acquisition of a majority of the capital of Openjobmetis, a company incorporated under Italian law. This operation follows the lifting of the suspensive condition linked to Italian "Golden Power" regulations, on April 19, 2024, thus allowing the French group to continue its expansion in Europe.
The initial agreements were signed in December 2023 with several shareholders of Openjobmetis. On February 1, 2024, Groupe Crit reaffirmed its commitment to finalize this acquisition, which includes significant shares held by Plavisgas Srl, Omniafin Spa, MTI Investimenti Srl, and Quaestio Capital SGR Spa
