Gulf Medical Technologies (GMT) based in Kuwait and Mayo Clinic, a leading nonprofit medical institution, have joined forces to further advance Klens technology. This collaboration focuses on improving visual clarity during minimally invasive surgeries (MIS), including robotic and laparoscopic procedures. By combining their expertise in clinical, technological, and business sectors, the partnership aims to address the ongoing issue of compromised vision in surgery.

Surgeons often face significant challenges due to debris, fog, and fluids accumulating on surgical camera lenses. Klens, developed by GMT, seeks to restore real-time visual clarity, potentially enhancing surgical precision and patient outcomes. This technology aims to minimize surgery duration and improve operational flow, reducing interruptions caused by impaired vision.
