Gungnir Resources Extends Warrant Expiry Dates
Gungnir Resources Inc. (GUG:TSX-V)(ASWRF:OTCPK) announced plans to extend the expiry dates of 15,330,667 outstanding warrants. This extension is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The warrants were initially issued on September 24, 2020, October 1, 2020, and September 10, 2021. Originally set to expire three and two years after issuance, the warrants have already been extended once. The new extension will push the expiry dates by another year.
The warrants remain exercisable at their original exercise prices: $0.09 for those expiring on September 24, 2023, and October 1, 2023, and $0.08 for those expiring on September 10, 2023.
