Half-year review of Altareit's liquidity contract

On June 30, 2024, Altareit's liquidity account, managed by Kepler Cheuvreux, included 240 shares and 39,441.66 euros in cash. During the first half of 2024, the number of purchase transactions reached 130 for 134 securities acquired, while sale transactions amounted to 144 for 180 securities sold. The volumes exchanged amounted to 61,596.01 euros for purchases and 82,929.95 euros for sales.

As a reminder, as of December 31, 2023, the liquidity account had 286 shares and 17,632.87 euros in cash. During the second half of 2023, 147 purchase transactions and 136 sale transactions were carried out, respectively concerning 196 securities for 98,775.11 euros and 157 securities for 78,441.07 euros.

Since the contract was established in March 2010, the initial means were 144 shares and 5,120.66 euros in cash. The contract complies with AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021.
