Half-year review of the Altarea liquidity contract

Altarea has published its half-yearly report concerning the liquidity contract managed by Kepler Cheuvreux. As of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account showed 8,756 Altarea shares and €261,398.37 in cash.

For the first half of 2024, the number of purchase transactions amounted to 764, for a volume of 25,429 securities and an amount of €2,099,901.88. There were 664 transactions for sale, representing a volume of 23,205 securities and an amount of €1,958,574.23.

For comparison, as of December 31, 2023, the liquidity account contained 6,532 Altarea shares and €397,877.02 in cash. The second half of 2023 recorded 1,131 purchase transactions (38,805 securities) and 941 sale transactions (93,001 securities).
