Half-year review of Verallia's liquidity contract

On July 16, 2024, Verallia published its half-yearly report concerning the implementation of the liquidity contract concluded with Rothschild Martin Maurel. This contract, active since January 2020, aims to improve the liquidity of the company's securities listed on Euronext Paris (VRLA).

At the end of the first half of 2024, the resources available were 22,500 titles and 4,137,577 euros. During this period, 9,590 transactions were executed for purchase and 9,479 for sale. The volumes traded amounted to 887,425 securities for 31,310,403.13 euros for purchase, and 864,925 securities for 30,521,828.25 euros for sale.

Initially, the contract had no title and 2,500,000 euros. An increase to 5,000,000 euros was made in March 2024. As of December 31, 2023, the account showed 0 securities and 3,326,152 euros.
